My name is Irina Smurovskaya and I'm an authorized free-lance tour guide in St.Petersburg, Russia.
I was born in St.Petersburg and have been living all my life in this beautiful city.
I graduated from Herzen State Pedagogical University in 2002 as a Master of Arts. When I was on my third year at the University I took a special course for tour guides and since 2000 I have been giving private tours in St.Petersburg.
I am authorized by the City’s Administration to guide foreign tourists all around St.Petersburg.
I am also licensed by the most famous museums of St.Petersburg and have the official permission to give private tours in the Hermitage, Russian Museum, Peter-and-Paul’s Fortress, St.Isaac’s Cathedral, Grand palace in Petergoff (Petrodvoretz) and Cathrine’s Palace in Tzarskoe Selo (Pushkin) etc.
I am married and I have got a son. I am interested in photography and involved in different charity projects.
I am very knowledgeable tour guide and a nice person to be with. And I speak excellent English!
